Measurement=Control, exactly!
Paul W. Hankins: The control is always based in the proscriptive, but we still need to be able to work out of the descriptive. And for this, I am still hopeful. Description can be inclusive, whereas proscription draws lines/separates.
Carol Jago: Learning is the antithesis of control. It can't be controlled, thank God.
Paul W. Hankins: My favorite quote of Jim's: "We can't tell the web what we want it to be. . ."
