student vs learner

so we need to get away from the student and teacher labels.
we need to get away from all labels.
no more teacher, student, resource, gifted, male, female, black, white, old, young,...
just back to a natural state of us all being learners...

and then..
all the rules that keep taking up time to make and keep and break and rectifiy....
are no longer needed
and all the programs we've created to manage these students and these labels, like rti, pbs, etc... are no longer needed...
we could just focus on the process of learning and rules that matter
