bill - the activities the choose to (join?)
kris - learning as movement. how do we know it when we see it.
[so - do we need to see it?]

(illich) - we are spending so much time trying to figure out how to deliver things. because (holt) we are assuming we can't change the law.
if we would pause to realize how many of us there are ..

key - spaces of permission with nothing to prove.
not about monitoring things..
