after recently purchasing Linchpin - he had emailed me that he was enjoying it...

and then he just now responded:
Magical things are coming from it actually. A bellman asked me yesterday how I was. I told him "excellent" and he responded, "and it going to get better". It blew me away. And in fact because of what he suggested our day did get better. I had brought L.. with me so I shared some of it with him. Told him he was a living Linchpin. He wrote down the title and author and who knows what that will inspire.
Excellent and getting better.
