how do people learn best?

from waiting for superman - it's not about perfecting the teacher's aim
what are the skills of a free people?
communication, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, ...
we don't have to answer that question the same way - but we have to be asking it..

what in the end does it really mean to be free?
to discover one's full worth and have the means to unleash one's full potential

democracy is not a fixed concept.. it's less about the what of the past and more about the who of now/future
