on listening as reading

dear @anterobot. wondering your thoughts on this.. after convos we entertained yesterday...

reading is the equivalent to thinking with someone else's head instead of ones own...

truly listening to the author's perspective requires suspending or more accurately repressing your own self for the time being..

listening without an agenda.. anteros student.. you just have to be quiet and listen (what was that he said Antero?... that audio is like reading..

forcing this patience and discipline on students ..puts children into an abusive relationship with their own will with their own authentic voice... having them repress themselves to hear others without teaching them to think with their own head
