wanted to divide out the trouble makers to he divided the kids into groups of 18 - teacher met with them 4 times a week for 30 min... creating career plan, twice a year - a student led conference - student presented their career plan to parents. most hs's have fewer than 10% of parents come in
after one year - 100% of parents came in
