your job isn't to be creative... it is to ship...
many of you are plenty creative, all you need is a quieter lizard brain
the resistance gets worse and worse the closer we get to shipping
end result - a lot of spare time... you're not resisting/delaying
you don't have the opportunity to do this.. you have the obligation.. (sounds like gus)
