having so much trouble envisioning an 8.8 part exec summary outline for a business plan... seems to beg strings attached moneys....

seems odd - culture is the paradigm shift, and that's the thing we don't want to let go of.
the rest is fluff. no? 
being innovative (whatever that means) yet holding to the same documentation and paperwork... leads to a bigger box, not a new mindset..  no?
