Jenna Ream: Finland is having a national conference this week, bringing US experts for talks on how to meet the needs of impoverished children and children who do not speak Finnish. Recent poor immigrants do not do well in Finnish schools. The Finnish ministry of education is looking to us to figure out how to better meet their needs
